I have helped to fill both management and non-management positions.

From writing interview questions, to reviewing resumes to running the interview myself and making final recommendations, I have vast experience with this process.

I was also honored to be part of the community interviews for the Bennington district back in 2023 during our search for a new superintendent.

And I have to say, my gut instincts on who would or wouldn't be a good fit are probably 95% spot on.
